Research Interest:

precision/ultra-precision machining, grinding, micro-nano structure machining and its application, manufacturing technology of ultra-precision tool
1. Precision discharge dressing and truing process of coarse diamond grinding wheel;
2. Precision discharge grinding process of metal matrix composites;
3. Micro-grinding machining technology of hard and brittle semiconductor materials such as single crystal silicon carbide, sapphire and ceramics;
4. Precision grinding and micro injection molding application of micro mould cores such as LED light guide plate and biomedical micro fluidic chip;
5. Manufacturing technology of cemented carbide, diamond ultra-precision tools and other tools.
